This place had the perfect location, smack dab in the middle of everything you'd want to see. the staff were super helpful and always on point. the suite was stunning, complete with a lovely balcony 🌿. the vibe here was calm and peaceful, making it a great spot for a relaxing stay.

Top-notch customer service, including delicious and satisfactory breakfasts with eggs cooked to order and great views, as for instance. Favourable wonderful location, in the center of everything. Based next to the centre of Hanoi, many cafes and many other local food & coffee shops. Very comfortable overall experience.

Everyone was incredibly kind and pretty friendly. We where in a double room with an electric kettle, a mini bar fridge and a personal safe. Really enjoyed nice views and wake-up service, available when you need it...

This place served as a perfect location to explore a beautiful area, close to a temple, the airport, and a night market.

The executive room was tastefully decorated and brand, new with a balcony. It had all necessary amenities, climate control, a private safe, and multi, channel television. the staff were well, trained and amazingly helpful, offering guidance. the distance to the airport was just 19 miles.

The superior king room was gorgeous and modern, complete with a nice balcony. the hotel's location is amazing, right next to the old quarter's center and northern Vietnam. - the hotel is centrally located, making it convenient to access various attractions.

The rooms were beautifully designed with great views. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the staff were outstandingly accommodating. - the setting was magnificent, next to the spa downstairs, Den Ngoc Son temple, and Hanoi Old Quarter.

I recently stayed at this hotel in a spacious family room with a balcony overlooking the street. The location here is great and I was easily able to walk to many popular attractions. The breakfast had a good selection of food, and I even tried out the spa treatments which were excellent and gave me a 20% discount. The room amenities included air conditioning, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen tv. I had a wonderful experience with great service and a convenient location.

I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and amenities.

The double room I got had snacks, a large-sized bed, and a nice balcony. the morning meal had great views and eggs cooked to order. - the hotel is just a short walk to Hoan Kiem Lake and many local food and coffee shops.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating and welcoming. They even prepared breakfast for me to take with me as my flight was very early in the morning. The location was convenient, close to the city's bustling areas but also tucked away from the noisy touristy areas. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast had a wide variety of yummy options.
